Effect of whole course nursing intervention on painless gastroscopy in elderly patients
全程护理干预在老年患者无痛胃镜检查中效果分析

摘要

目的 研究全程护理干预在老年患者无痛胃镜检查中的应用效果。方法 选择2021年04月－2022年04月在我院进行无痛胃镜检查的56例老年患者，采用计算机随机分组法将其分为研究组与对照组，每组28例。对照组实施常规护理措施，研究组实施全程护理干预，对比两组检查期间不良反应发生率、护理满意度。结果 研究组患者不良反应总发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组患者护理满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 老年患者在进行无痛胃镜检查期间，应用全程护理干预效果较好，可有效降低患者不良反应发生率，保证患者的检查安全，提高护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective: To study the effect of whole course nursing intervention on painless gastroscopy in elderly patients.
Methods: 56 elderly patients who underwent painless gastroscopy in our hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were randomly divided into study group and control group with 28 cases in each group. The control group implemented routine nursing measures, and the study group implemented whole course nursing intervention. The incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups during the examination.
Results: the total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P; The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : during the painless gastroscopy for elderly patients, the effect of whole course nursing intervention is better, which can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, ensure the safety of examination and improve nursing satisfaction.
