电刺激治疗腿部肌肉酸痛的临床疗效分析

摘要

目的 观察电刺激应用于腿部肌肉酸痛的疗效及其对肌肉力量、关节活动、炎症因子水平的影响。方法 纳入我科70例腿部肌肉酸痛患者,将患者随机分配至对照组(采取药物联合手法肌肉放松治疗,n=35)和观察组(在对照组基础上增加电刺激治疗,n=35)。评估和比较两组患者治疗前后的肌肉酸痛程度、主观体力感觉、踝关节活动范围。结果 治疗4周后,观察组肌肉酸痛程度及主观体力感觉显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组踝关节背屈和跖屈的角度、肌肉力量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 电刺激应用于腿部肌肉酸痛治疗中可有效减轻肌肉酸痛程度,改善踝关节活动范围、肌肉力量,值得在腿部肌肉酸痛患者中广泛应用。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the efficacy of electrical stimulation applied to leg muscle soreness and its effects on muscle strength, joint activity and inflammatory factor levels.
Methods: A total of 70 patients with leg muscle pain in our department were included, and the patients were randomly assigned to the control group (drug combined with manual muscle relaxation therapy, n=35) and the observation group (adding electrical stimulation therapy on the basis of the control group, n=35) The degree of muscle soreness, subjective physical strength, and ankle range of motion were evaluated and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.
Results: After 4 weeks of treatment, the degree of muscle soreness and subjective physical strength in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); the angles of ankle dorsiflexion and plantar flexion and muscle strength in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The application of electrical stimulation in the treatment of leg muscle soreness can effectively reduce the degree of muscle soreness, improve the range of motion of the ankle joint and muscle strength, and is worthy of wide application in patients with leg muscle soreness.
