Application analysis of high quality nursing in postpartum hemorrhage nursing of pregnant women with hypertension
优质护理在妊高症产妇产后出血护理中的应用分析

摘要

目的 探究在妊高症产妇应用优质护理对产后出血的影响。方法 文章研究时间2021年3月到2022年5月，共选取研究患者60人，随机分成研究组（优质护理）、对照组（一般护理），每组30人，比对2组护理效果。结果 研究组基础体征更平稳、各阶段出血量更少、产后出血停止时间快，P值＜0.05；干预前2组产妇各项负面情绪和满意度分值差异小，干预后，研究组产妇满意度分值明显升高，焦虑和抑郁情绪分值明显降低，P值＜0.05。结论 对妊高症产妇应用优质护理可以维持患者产后生命体征的平稳，降低产后24小时出血量，改善产后抑郁情绪。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of high-quality nursing on postpartum hemorrhage in pregnant women with hypertension.
Methods: the study period was from March 2021 to may 2022. A total of 60 patients were randomly divided into the study group (high-quality nursing) and the control group (general nursing), with 30 people in each group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.
Results: in the study group, the basic signs were more stable, the bleeding volume in each stage was less, and the postpartum bleeding stopped faster (P<0.05); Before the intervention, there was little difference in the scores of negative emotions and satisfaction between the two groups. After the intervention, the scores of satisfaction of the study group were significantly higher, and the scores of anxiety and depression were significantly lower; Before the intervention, the quality of life of the two groups was poor. After the intervention, the emotional, physiological and physical functions and overall health scores of the study group were higher (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : the application of high-quality nursing to pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension can maintain the stability of the patient's vital signs after delivery, reduce the bleeding volume in 24 hours after delivery, and improve the postpartum depression.
