摘要

目的 在肾脏内科的临床护理带教过程当中应用SBAR沟通模式,探究最终效果。方法 在2021年7月~2022年7月期间选取88名肾脏内科实习护生参与本次对照实验,对两组实习护生采取不同的带教模式,分别为常规带教模式和应用SBAR沟通模式的带教方法。在带教结束后,对所有参与护生进行相应理论知识和实际沟通操作的考核。结果 参与实验组所得基础理论分值为94.92±3.62,明显高于对照组的90.22±3.43分,在沟通操作实践考核的评分当中实验组所得分数为92.73±2.21明显高于对照组的88.72±3.14分。以上数据对比均达到了P小于0.05标准。结论 在肾脏内科的临床护理带教过程当中应用SBAR沟通模式可以显著提升实习护生的肾脏内科基础知识掌握程度,并具备较好的沟通操作实践的能力。

Abstract

Objective To apply the SBAR communication mode in the clinical nursing teaching process of nephrology to explore the final effect.
Methods From July 2021 to July 2022,88intern nurses in nephrology were selected to participate in this control experiment, and different modes of teaching were adopted for two groups of intern nurses, namely the conventional teaching mode and the teaching method using SBAR communication mode. After the end of the teaching, all participating nursing students will be assessed according to the theoretical knowledge and practical communication operations.
Results The basic theoretical score of the participating experimental group was 94.92±3.62, which was significantly higher than that of the control group of 90.22±3.43, and the score of the experimental group was 92.73±2.21 in the communication operation practice assessment, which was significantly higher than the 88.72±3.14 points of the control group. The above data comparison has reached the standard of P less than 0.05.
Conclusion   The application of SBAR communication mode in the clinical nursing teaching process of nephrology can significantly improve the basic knowledge of nephrology of intern nurses, and have the ability to communicate and operate well.
