Application of detail management in improving the quality of nursing cooperation in endoscopic surgery
细节管理对提升腔镜手术护理配合质量的应用

摘要

目的：探讨细节管理对提升腔镜手术护理配合质量的应用。方法：将我院 2021 年 3 月-2022 年 1 月 80 例腔镜手术患者，双盲随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施细节管理。比较两组护 理前后心理应激和生理应激指标、对工作满意度、手术全程耗时、术中出血总量、并发症率。结果：实验 组心理应激和生理应激指标低于对照组，对工作满意度高于对照组，手术全程耗时、术中出血总量低于对 照组，并发症率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论：腔镜手术患者实施细节管理效果确切，可减轻患者的不良身 心应激，缩短手术操作的时间，减少术中失血和并发症，提高护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the application of detail management in improving the quality of nursing cooperation in endoscopic surgery.
Methods: 80 patients undergoing endoscopic surgery in our hospital from March 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into two groups by double-blind method. The control group received routine nursing, while the experimental group received detail management. The indexes of psychological stress and physiological stress, job satisfaction, operation time, total intraoperative bleeding and complication rate were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.
Results: the indexes of psychological stress and physiological stress in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the job satisfaction was higher than that in the control group. The whole operation time and the total amount of intraoperative bleeding in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the complication rate was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : the implementation of detail management in patients undergoing endoscopic surgery is effective, which can reduce the adverse physical and mental stress of patients, shorten the operation time, reduce intraoperative blood loss and complications, and improve nursing satisfaction.
