摘要

目的 探讨KTH整合式护理对不孕症患者周期自我管理和自我效能的影响。方法 将我院2021年1月-2022年1月80例不孕症患者，双盲随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，KTH整合式护理组实施KTH整合式护理。比较两组护理前后周期自我管理和自我效能、护理满意度。结果 KTH整合式护理组周期自我管理和自我效能高于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组， P＜0.05。结论 不孕症患者实施KTH整合式护理效果确切，可有效提高患者的周期自我管理能力和自我效能水平，提高患者的满意度水平，值得推广和应用。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of KTH integrated nursing on cycle self-management and self-efficacy of infertile patients.
Methods: 80 patients with infertility in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were divided into two groups by double-blind random method. The control group was given routine nursing, while the KTH integrated nursing group was given KTH integrated nursing. The self-management, self-efficacy and nursing satisfaction of the two groups before and after nursing were compared.
Results: The cycle self-management and self-efficacy of the KTH integrated nursing group were higher than those of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, P<0.05.
Conclusion  : The KTH integrated nursing has an exact effect on infertility patients, which can effectively improve the patient's cycle self-management ability and self-efficacy level, and improve the patient's satisfaction level, which is worthy of promotion and application.
