Effect evaluation of high quality nursing in cesarean section
优质护理在剖宫产产妇护理中的效果评价

摘要

目的 探究剖宫产产妇实施优质护理的效果。方法 研究共入选60例受试者，均选自我院产科住院部，选取时间段为2021年1月到2022年3月，将其分为优质组、对照组，平均每组产妇30例，比对护理效果、产妇产后的情绪和疼痛评分。结果 护理手段干预后，优质组2项评分均低于另一组，统计学结果显示P值＜0.05；收集2组产妇围手术期各项指标用时，2组数据对比，优质组用时均短于对照组，对比2组护理效果，优质组护理效果明显更优异，以上数据经统计学检验后得到P值均＜0.05。结论 针对剖宫产产妇，围生期实施高效的优质护理服务，产后产妇机体功能恢复快、不良情绪和疼痛评分低，该项护理方式值得在妇产科积极推广。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of quality nursing for cesarean delivery women.
Methods: A total of 60 subjects were selected for the study, and the inpatient department of obstetrics hospital was selected from January 2021 to March 2022, and they were divided into quality group and control group. An average of 30 women in each group, which compared the nursing effect, postpartum mood and pain scores.
Results: After nursing intervention, the quality groups scored lower than the other group, and the statistical results showed that the P value was <0.05. When the data were collected, the quality groups were better than the nursing effect. Then the above data were <0.05.
Conclusion  : For the cesarean section of pregnant women, efficient quality nursing services during the perinatal period, postpartum maternal body function recovery quickly, low bad mood and pain score, this nursing method is worth actively promoted in obstetrics and gynecology.
