Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on psychological state of patients after modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer and its rehabilitation effect
综合护理干预措施对乳腺癌改良根治术后患者心理状态的影响及康复效果观察

摘要

目的 分析乳腺癌改良根治术后患者护理中施行综合护理干预的效果。方法 筛选本院在2020年2月-2021年2月期间收治的48例乳腺癌改良根治术患者为本次研究对象。以随机数字表法分组，其中对照组给予常规护理，实验组采取综合护理，每组24例。对比两组护理效果。结果 实验组焦虑、抑郁评分与对照组比较相对较低（P＜0.05）。实验组生活质量与对照组比较相对较高（P＜0.05）。实验组不良反应发生率与对照组比较，可见实验组较低（P＜0.05）。结论 将综合护理应用在乳腺癌改良根治术后患者护理中能够消除其负面情绪，降低不良反应产生，提高其生活质量，从而患者对该护理效果较为满意。该护理可在临床上推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in nursing of patients after modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer.
Methods A total of 48 patients with modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer who were admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into groups by random number table method. The control group received routine nursing care, and the experimental group received comprehensive nursing care, with 24 cases in each group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.
Results Compared with the control group, the anxiety and depression scores of the experimental group were relatively lower (P<0.05). The quality of life in the experimental group was relatively higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of comprehensive nursing in nursing of patients after modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer can eliminate their negative emotions, reduce adverse reactions, and improve their quality of life, so the patients are more satisfied with the nursing effect. The nursing can be popularized and applied clinically.
