The effect of intensive nosocomial infection nursing on the incidence of nosocomial infection in ICU inpatients
强化院内感染护理在ICU住院患者中对院内感染发生率的效果

摘要

目的 分析探讨强化院内感染护理在ICU住院患者中对院内感染发生率的临床效果。方法 选取我院2021年1月-2021年12月接收治疗ICU住院患者60例为观察对象，随机将其分为观察组与对照组，其中对照组患者采用常规护理，观察组患者采用强化院内感染护理，将两组患者的感染情况，空气质量合格率、消毒措施合格率、污染物处理合格率与患者满意情况进行比较。结果 观察组患者的院内感染例数少于对照组，数据对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者的空气质量合格率、消毒措施合格率与污染物处理合格率均高于对照组，数据对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者满意度高于对照组，数据对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 采取强化院内感染护理能够有效降低院内感染情况，提高质量合格率与患者满意度，值得推广与应用于临床工作中。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze and explore the clinical effect of intensive nosocomial infection nursing care on the incidence of nosocomial infection in ICU inpatients. Method: select our hospital in January 2021-2021 December treatment of ICU patients 60 cases for observation object, randomly divided into observation group and control group, control group with routine care, observation group patients to strengthen hospital infection care, the two groups of patients, air quality, disinfection measures, pollutant treatment qualified rate compared with patient satisfaction.
Results: The number of nosocomial infections of patients in the observation group was less than that of the control group with the data difference.
