Effect of high quality nursing combined with parents' health education nursing in the nursing of children with acute gastroenteritis
优质护理联合家长健康教育护理在小儿急性胃肠炎护理中的效果观察

摘要

目的 探究优质护理联合家长健康教育护理在小儿急性胃肠炎护理中的效果观察。方法 选取我院2021.01~2021.12收治的小儿急性胃肠炎69例随机分组，对照组常规护理（34例），研究组为优质护理联合家长健康教育（35例），分析家长满意度、腹泻停止时间、腹痛消失时间、呕吐停止时间、住院时间差异。结果 研究组家长满意度为97.14%（34/35），对照组为82.35%（28/34），差异显著（P<0.05）；研究组腹泻停止时间、腹痛消失时间、呕吐停止时间、住院时间优于对照组，差异显著（P<0.05）。结论 通过对小儿急性胃肠炎实施优质护理联合家长健康教育后可促进康复，临床上值得应用。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of high-quality nursing combined with parents' health education nursing in the nursing of children with acute gastroenteritis.
Methods: 69 children with acute gastroenteritis treated in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing (34 cases) and the study group received high-quality nursing combined with parental health education (35 cases). The differences of parental satisfaction, diarrhea stop time, abdominal pain disappearance time, vomiting stop time and hospitalization time were analyzed.
Results: the satisfaction of parents in the study group was 97.14% (34 / 35) and that in the control group was 82.35% (28 / 34), with significant difference (P < 0.05); The stopping time of diarrhea, the disappearance time of abdominal pain, the stopping time of vomiting and the length of hospital stay in the study group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : high quality nursing combined with parents' health education can promote the rehabilitation of children with acute gastroenteritis, which is worthy of clinical application.
