老年吞咽障碍患者两种肠内营养方式的疗效比较

摘要

目的 比较老年吞咽障碍患者应用两种肠内营养方式的疗效。方法 选取我院2020年01月-2021年01月收治的80例老年吞咽障碍患者,依据不同肠内营养方式分为实验组与对照组,每组40例。对照组患者采用持续泵入输注方式,实验组采用序贯式肠内营养供给方式,对比两组并发症发生率、营养指标、吞咽功能改善情况。结果 实验组并发症发生率较低;治疗后营养指标高于对照组;吞咽功能改善总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05。结论 老年吞咽障碍患者应用序贯式肠内营养供给方式进行治疗,可有效降低患者并发症发生率,提高影响营养指标,改善吞咽功能,具有临床应用价值。

Abstract

Objective: To compare the efficacy of two enteral nutrition methods in elderly patients with dysphagia.
Methods: 80 elderly patients with dysphagia treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were divided into experimental group and control group according to different enteral nutrition, with 40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with continuous pump infusion, and the patients in the experimental group were treated with sequential enteral nutrition. The incidence of complications, nutritional indicators and the improvement of swallowing function were compared between the two groups.
Results: the incidence of complications was low in the experimental group; After treatment, the nutritional index was higher than that of the control group; The total effective rate of swallowing function improvement was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : the use of sequential enteral nutrition in the treatment of elderly patients with dysphagia can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, improve nutritional indicators, and improve swallowing function, which has clinical application value.
