质量控制在病案管理工作中的应用效果分析

摘要

目的 分析在病案管理工作中施以质量控制管理的效果。方法 分析对象选择于2020.6~2022.6我院病案室的病案210例，以记录时间先后顺序为依据施以分组分析，施以常规病案管理的105例病案分入对照组，施以质量控制管理的105例病案分入研究组，对管理效果进行对比和分析。结果 比较对照组病案，甲级病案率试验组明显较高，丙级和乙级病案率较低（P<0.05）；比较对照组（84.30±1.10）分病案，管理质量评分试验组（97.35±1.05）分明显较好（P＜0.05）；比较对照组（14.29%）病案，病案返修率试验组（0.95%）明显较低P＜0.05）。结论 在病案管理工作中施以质量控制管理效果突出，在病案等级、管理质量和病案返修率方面均优势明显，建议推广。

Abstract

Objective to analyze the effect of quality control management in medical record management.
Methods 210 cases of medical records in the medical record room of our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected for analysis. Based on the recording time sequence, 105 cases of medical records under routine medical record management were divided into the control group and 105 cases of medical records under quality control management were divided into the research group. The management effects were compared and analyzed.
Results compared with the medical records of the control group, the rate of grade a medical records in the experimental group was significantly higher, and the rate of grade C and grade B medical records was lower (p<0.05); Compared with the control group (84.30 ± 1.10), the management quality score of the experimental group (97.35 ± 1.05) was significantly better (P < 0.05); Compared with the medical records of the control group (14.29%), the repair rate of medical records of the experimental group (0.95%) was significantly lower (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   the effect of quality control in medical record management is outstanding, and it has obvious advantages in medical record grade, management quality and medical record repair rate. It is recommended to promote it.
