目的 一站式入院办理，有效防控疫情。方法 梳理疫情前、疫情期间影响一站式完成办理的因素，通过借助信息化建立床位预约、精准患者分时段来院，推进“全院一张床”等举措，实现一站式入院办理。结果 上半年入院38729人次，当天入院52.23%，平均每患者办理时间缩短3.5分钟、排队缩短10分钟，患者满意度较去年提高1.5分，无新冠感染病例。结论 一站式完成入院办理可有效改善疫情期间的医疗服务，在减少患者往返、避免人流交叉、保障及时入院中发挥了重要作用。
Objective: One-stop service for admission can effectively help epidemic prevention and control. Methods: To sort out the problems which have affected one-stop service for admission before and during the COVID-19 epidemic, with the help of informatization to establish bed reservations, accurately inform patients to be hospitalized, and promote "one bed hospital-wide", so as to be admitted to hospital at one stop. Results: In the first half of the year, there were 38,729 patients to be hospitalized, and 52.23% patients were admitted on the day of the visit. The average processing time of admission per patient and the waiting time in a line was respectively shortened by 3.5 minutes and 10 minutes. The patient to the hospital degree of satisfaction was increased by 1.5 points compared to last year. There were no cases of new crown infection. Conclusion : One-stop service for admission effectively improves medical services during the COVID-19 epidemic, and plays an important role, such as reducing patients ceaselessly.
